Wings and fries were fried, sauced, and seasoned to perfection. Ordered Hot Lemon Pepper, Honey Hot, Mango Habanero, and Garlic parmesan. All were fantastic. Will be back for sure! ”
“ I was a little nervous ordering here because its in a gas station and not in a good area. But it was soooo worth it. Flavor is amazing. The wait is a little long but its because they make them to order. Prices were reasonable because the wings are a decent size with meat on them. Never again buying any other wings, and excited to try all the flavors. Cant wait for them to open a new location. I normally buy chicken from Pluckers but this place was gas. We got 5 honey hot and 15 buffalo and it was roughly 30 bucks. ”
“ Yallllll, you know Memphis does the wings the BEST and this place is a testament of that for real. Its located in a gas station and in a bit of rough area but the food speaks for itself. Im from Memphis and I have not been able to find honey gold wings anywhere else here that does it justice but Memphis Style Wingz got it!!! The service was great from the gentleman, everything was made fresh even the fries and it was drowning in sauce. Dont play yourself, gone ahead and pull up!! ”

“ I love this place. The food is always good. I have literally had everything on the menu. The customer service is always good as well, besides today. The place opens at 10. I was under the impression that once an establishment is open youre able to come for whatever service the business offers. The young man that was working this morning was VERY RUDE and offered TERRIBLE customer service. I personally work in customer service and am not a morning person but when it is time to work it is time to work. I rang the bell for service as the sign said. The young man was walking around the store purchasing items which is fine I was in no rush. After his purchase he walked over to the kitchen and said, You ready to order already, we just opened. I responded yes. Then he so rudely asked me, Is this yoir first time? I looked at him and laughed it off and said No, if youre open then youre open for business right? He then asked me, what do you want? I said i wings Memphis honey gold. He then said we dont sale 8 wings and pointed rudely to a menu. Now MF they have specials. Wed is 1 wing Wednesday. So I said, isnt it Wednesday, and he looked and said oh you right. I am trippin. No apology for the tone, lack of professionalism or rudeness. I paid for my food and went and sat in my car. The young man the comes outside and starts talking to a young lady in a car. Overall the customer service was a 0 out if 0. Typically this is not so. Everyone I have encountered has always been friendly and approachable. They even speak when they see you and youre not getting food. This review is in no way to discredit the quality of the food or the business itself. I just want to bring awareness to all family and friends DO NOT need to work for you. Some people are not cut out for customer service. Luckily for him I know how to conduct myself and not respond to ignorance in a manner that is counterproductive. I strongly dont think I will be back anytime soon based on this experience. Then all that AFTER I just found out one of my co workers at my job passed away. I was just grabbing some things to make my day a lilttle better but was met with ignorance and hostility. Do better in regards to your customer service. ”
